Do I have to commit for 12 months?
No. Starter and Growth run monthly. You can cancel anytime. With Enterprise, we discuss longer-term partnerships — usually 18-24 months — because such projects simply need time.
What's included in the consulting hours?
Strategy meetings, technical workshops, process analyses, tool research, implementation planning — basically everything except the actual implementation by external IT service providers. If you also need implementers, we're happy to refer partners.
Can we add individual features?
Yes, of course. Need additional training? More consulting hours? We bill that separately. One hour of consulting costs €185 if not included in the plan. We keep it fair.
How does it work once we're ready to sign?
We send you a contract, you sign it. Then we introduce your contact person, and we schedule the first strategy meeting. After that, we get started. Simple, no drama.
